Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team at Broadcast Music, Inc. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to take on a key role in our recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct recruiting efforts at all levels, focusing on attracting and retaining top talent.
  • Build and maintain relationships with management and recruiting agency partners to ensure compliance and alignment.
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop Position Talent Strategies and ensure effective sourcing, screening, and selection processes.
  • Coordinate staffing activities, including posting job opportunities, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
  • Provide oversight for the applicant life cycle and ensure offers are made within the respective pay range.
  • Develop and maintain the recruiting process, evaluating opportunities for improvement and maintaining a dashboard of talent acquisition metrics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum three years of experience in a progressive HR environment with a recruiting background.
  • Experience working with HR software and applicant tracking systems.
  • Above average proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of Human Resource policy/procedures, compensation, legal compliance, and employment laws.
