Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Growth Manager to join our team, driving revenue growth and expansion through innovative strategies and data-driven decision making. As a key member of our Growth team, you'll work closely with our global team to design and execute experiments, analyze data, and adapt strategies to improve campaign ROI.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Growth team to develop and execute new experiments and strategies to drive direct revenue impact
  • Design processes to ensure pipeline conversion into revenues
  • Analyze data to identify pain points and adapt strategies to improve campaign ROI
  • Test ideas, automate, and repeat to optimize results
Qualifications
  • 4-year undergraduate degree in a quantitative field (strongly preferred)
  • 4+ years of relevant work experience, including private equity, investment banking, strategic consulting, or a startup (highly preferred)
  • Growth hacking startup experience mentality (B2C experience qualifies)
  • Self-starter approach, willing to take responsibility and own projects from day 1
  • Ability to analyze and understand numbers, data, and patterns (Excel proficiency required)
  • Ability to think outside-the-box and be creative
  • Inbox 0 type personality
  • Business-level English
  • SQL preferred

Pay Disclosure

We offer a competitive salary range of $145,000-$190,000 USD, with additional forms of compensation, including sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and/or equity in the company in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
