Role Summary

The Learning Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the centralized Learning & Development team by managing various Learning Management System (LMS) administrative tasks, overseeing training records, and ensuring effective training logistics. This position involves collaboration with multiple stakeholders to enhance training delivery and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

LMS Administration
  • Assist in the management of the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure smooth operation and user satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement training courses and curriculums that align with organizational needs and compliance standards.
  • Facilitate registration for instructor-led training sessions and maintain accurate attendance records.
  • Regularly update user accounts in accordance with organizational structure.
  • Oversee the approval process for course uploads and maintain quality documentation.
  • Provide support to learners and leadership regarding LMS inquiries.
  • Conduct audits and generate reports to assess training effectiveness and compliance.
Training Logistics Management
  • Serve as the primary contact for training inquiries and scheduling requests.
  • Coordinate onboarding programs for new leadership members, ensuring tailored training plans are in place.
  • Manage schedules for new employee orientation sessions.
  • Collaborate with external training vendors to streamline logistics and communication.
  • Administer tuition reimbursement programs and research ongoing learning opportunities.
Additional Duties
  • Support front desk operations as needed.
  • Adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
  • Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources, training, or administrative support.
  • Experience in training or organizational development is preferred.
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred, but relevant experience may be considered.
Skills and Competencies
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
