KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain regular communication with key clients and representatives to ensure high satisfaction and engagement levels.
  • Follow up on all quotations and develop strategies to convert quotes into orders.
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives established by management.

  • Prospect for new business opportunities and collaborate with the Sales Manager on assigned projects.
  • Prepare and finalize sales transactions within defined parameters, completing all necessary documentation.
  • Research and familiarize oneself with the Grip-Tite product line and competitor offerings to provide optimal solutions based on client needs.
  • Utilize client feedback to generate ideas for new features, products, or services.
  • Contact potential clients to assess their needs and explain available products and services.
  • Document specifications required by individual clients.
  • Provide technical support for products.
  • Engage in sales meetings and contribute valuable insights to drive revenue growth.
  • Offer timely updates to clients regarding their orders.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to all client inquiries.
  • Complete assigned training modules as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in customer service and/or inside sales. Candidates with a background in utility or anchoring products are preferred.
  • Ability to comprehend clients' business needs and challenges.
  • Capability to think, act, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be adaptable and possess problem-solving skills.
  • Strong computer proficiency, including experience with MS Office, ERP, and reporting systems.
  • Highly organized.
  • Proven track record of accountability in achieving departmental goals and metrics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong business development acumen.
  • Ability to absorb product knowledge and educate clients on product specifics.
  • Collaborate with internal technical staff and sales management as necessary.

EDUCATION:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution is preferred. Proven applicable experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
  • Field sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

COMPENSATION:

  • Competitive salary based on relevant experience.
