Marketing and Sales Director

Job Title: Marketing and Sales Director
Meadowview of Johnston, a premier assisted living and independent living community, seeks a seasoned Marketing and Sales Director to lead our marketing and sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to drive occupancy and meet revenue targets
- Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, including healthcare professionals and community organizations
- Plan and execute marketing events, presentations, and outreach activities to promote Meadowview of Johnston
- Lead and mentor the sales team to ensure they meet or exceed sales goals
- Collaborate with other department heads to ensure a seamless transition for new residents
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the healthcare or senior living industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
