Job Overview

NAS Sign Company Inc is seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with project documentation, schedule meetings, and manage project files.
  • Communication: Facilitate communication between project stakeholders and team members, and communicate with various departments in the organization.
  • Progress Monitoring: Monitor project progress and update project managers on task status.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular project progress reports and status updates for stakeholders.
  • Planning: Plan and prioritize work assignments, participate in establishing construction methods and schedules, and review reports, plans, and specifications to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Budgeting: Assist the project manager in managing the finances of a project, including forecasting cash flow, allocating resources, and monitoring expenses.
  • Permit Acquisition: Acquire necessary permits and understand code structures for varying towns, villages, and cities.
  • Estimating: Write estimates and work orders in a specific fashion.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least three years of experience in project coordination, and experience working with teams and clients.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, and the ability to communicate with various departments.
  • Financial Literacy: The ability to create budgets and develop strategies to reduce expenses while maintaining quality.
  • Relationship Building Skills: The ability to build collaboration across business lines to ensure efficient execution.
  • Prioritization Skills: The ability to prioritize deliverables and projects based on business or client needs.
  • Project Management Skills: Experience in project management software and the ability to prepare and interpret schedules and flowcharts.
  • Computer Skills: Knowledgeable with modern computing and phone systems (Windows OS, Microsoft 365, POS Systems, Adobe Creative Cloud, Corel, etc).

We provide on-site training and support. REQUIRES personal transport - Mileage compensated. Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
