Position Summary:

The Service Operations Supervisor plays a pivotal role in executing the corporate policies and procedures to guarantee a seamless operation and exceptional service. This role is essential in providing support to both Front of House and Back of House teams across various tasks to optimize business performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome all patrons warmly with a genuine smile and eye contact, ensuring outstanding guest service.
  • Proactively promote the venue by engaging with every guest and potential guest within reach.
  • Assist greeters efficiently in seating guests in accordance with service sequence standards.
  • Handle incoming calls professionally and direct them to the appropriate personnel when necessary.
  • Deliver food to tables throughout the venue, announcing each item as it is served.
  • Actively market FINE ENTERTAINMENT venues by gathering guests' personal information for the marketing database.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized workspace, adhering to all guidelines set forth by health authorities.
  • Communicate effectively with Operations Managers regarding staff or maintenance concerns.
  • Uphold high cleanliness standards throughout the venue.
  • Support staff in various areas to ensure that service standards are consistently met.
  • Assist Management in the planning and execution of large events.
  • Comply with all departmental and company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Prior experience in a supervisory role within a Front of House environment is preferred.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to motivate and address service-related issues professionally.
  • Valid Health Card issued by the relevant health authority is required.
  • Valid Alcohol Awareness Card (TAM, ACT, or equivalent) is necessary.
  • Valid Non-Gaming card issued by local law enforcement is required.
  • Basic math and problem-solving skills are necessary.
  • Ability to reach, stoop, bend, lift, and clean during various tasks throughout the shift.
  • Fluency in English is required.
