About the Role
St. Andrews Village is seeking a full-time Administrative & Marketing Assistant to join their team. This position consists of 40 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform all lobby reception responsibilities and serve as the first contact for residents, family members, prospects, and community.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
- Assist with marketing efforts, including social media management, event planning, and promotional materials.
- Develop and maintain relationships with residents, family members, and community partners.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in administrative and marketing fields.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in an administrative role required, with marketing experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer skills required.
