Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Rehabilitation Department Coordinator to join our team at TMC. As a key member of our therapy department, you will be responsible for coordinating patient care, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of our rehabilitation services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate patient care and transportation under the supervision of licensed therapists
  • Manage office supplies and maintain filing systems
  • Prepare and distribute necessary forms and documentation
  • Review and track documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Attend meetings and communicate effectively with therapy staff
  • Complete daily, weekly, and monthly tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Computer proficiency and ability to learn new software
  • Nurses aide certification or equivalent health paraprofessional training (preferred)
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
