Job Title: PRN Physical Therapist

Rehabilitation, LLC is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join our team. As a PRN Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing physical therapy services to patients in a variety of settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the activities of the entire department, including scheduling patients for treatment and evaluations, preparation of reports and records, and maintenance of inventory of materials and supplies.
  • Practice physical therapy consistent with the APTA's Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice and Standards of Practice Policy.
  • Confer with the person or persons most closely associated with the active management of the patient and keep them informed of any additional patient needs, treatment modification, and/or progress.
  • Record and report on patient progress, including evaluation reports, discharge reports, progress reports to referring physicians and agencies, and current progress notes.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an approved school of physical therapy with a preferred minimum of two (2) years department/facility experience.
  • Must have, or be eligible for, the State Licensure or Registration. Registration must be obtained within one (1) year, or per state law.
  • Valid Iowa Drivers License.
Working Conditions:

Good physical stamina is required for this position. The employee must be able to walk, stand, stoop, lift, balance, sit, kneel, hear, reach, pull, talk, see, turn, carry, push, handle, write, and maintain a healthy back.
