Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Market Research Analyst to lead qualitative and quantitative research for our strategy team. As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate with strategists to develop research plans, manage complex surveys, and analyze data to inform our clients' growth strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Lead research efforts for all Prolific's strategy clients, developing customized research plans to meet their unique needs
  • Participate in multi-day client immersions, with some travel required
  • Manage all aspects of complex surveys, including research, client consultations, project management, survey programming/creation, survey administration, data analysis, and reporting
  • Conduct robust secondary research on markets, customers, products, competitors, regulations, and industry trends
  • Help formulate the strategy team's direction during the initial phases of the strategic growth plan process
Requirements
  • B.S./B.A degree required
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in primary and secondary research
  • Research experience in management consulting, media, marketing, or branding
  • Strong knowledge of statistics and market research methods, with experience in qualitative and quantitative analysis
  • Knowledge of statistical and data analysis tools and techniques required (Tableau, Power BI, Domo)
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Proficient with MS365 and comfortable organizing data in Excel
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Great interpersonal skills and friendly spirit
  • Self-motivated and capable of working under hard deadlines
