Assist senior systems engineering professionals in maintaining comprehensive requirements allocation and verification documentation.
Facilitate the coordination of integration and testing resources to support product development and ensure thorough documentation of design processes.
Validate product compliance through rigorous testing procedures and collaborate with design engineers to address any necessary modifications.
Once a compliant design is confirmed, prepare the technical documentation required for production release or supply necessary updates to the design engineering team.
Participate in design reviews to guarantee that integration and testing considerations are incorporated into the design and planned for throughout the hardware development process.
Assist in prototyping or testing initiatives to mitigate overall project risks.
Support the planning and execution of the technical design workflow, ensuring effective collaboration across various technical disciplines and organizational entities.
Facilitate efficient and effective design transfer to production.
Provide technical support to address design-level production challenges that exceed the capabilities of the Production Support Team.
Maintain a clean and organized engineering lab environment, ensuring proper inventory and control of design engineering assets.
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Physics, or a related field.
No prior experience is necessary.
This position requires access to technology, materials, software, or hardware regulated by U.S. export laws.
As a condition of employment, candidates must be eligible to obtain the necessary U.S. Government export licenses as mandated by law.
Preferred Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Project), along with familiarity with software tools such as Tableau, PADS, AWR Microwave Office, SolidWorks, HFSS, and ADS.
Compensation:
Annual salary range of $69,634 - $85,336. Actual pay within this range may vary based on factors such as geographical location, job function, education, and the experience of the selected candidate.
