Job Title: Digital Strategy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Strategy Manager to join our team in New York City. As a Digital Strategy Manager, you will serve as a client leader, project manager, and strategist, contributing to targeted digital advertising and marketing efforts on behalf of some of the country's most prominent companies, trade associations, non-profits, and advocacy organizations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage up to 8-12 client accounts, working directly with a Senior Managing Director and supporting project managers and cross-functional team members.
  • Lead client delivery process, coordinating internally and with external partners and clients to ensure deliverables are completed to high standards.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to build and execute digital paid media plans and budgets that achieve the goals of major corporate reputation, public affairs, and B2B marketing campaigns.
  • Produce strategic, insightful, polished, and error-free digital advertising reports and present them to clients when needed.
  • Communicate clearly, comfortably, and expertly with clients at various levels about the company's product offerings, verbally and in written form.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of digital advertising experience in public affairs, corporate, or B2B marketing; agency experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated comfort managing relationships with client stakeholders.
  • Experience working with Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Search, and Twitter Ads.
  • A thorough understanding of best practices for measuring and reporting on the performance of persuasion, brand awareness, and direct response digital advertising campaigns.
  • Experience producing intuitive, client-ready business memos and decks that shape strategy.
  • Passion for coaching and empowering junior team members, and collaborating with colleagues representing various areas of expertise.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-paced, entrepreneurial work environment.
  • Success managing multiple tight timelines while maintaining a cool confidence.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; impeccable attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Powerpoint and Excel.
  • An energetic, upbeat disposition and excellent sense of humor.
What We Offer:

Our compensation package consists of three components: (i) a base salary, (ii) annual cash bonus, and (iii) generous equity compensation. The base salary range for this role is between $100,000.00-$125,000.00, based on the candidate's experience and skills relative to the requirements listed above.

We are a hybrid company, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere on Monday and Friday and in our New York City office Tuesday through Thursday.
