Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Account Executive to join our team at Ryze Agency, an innovative and fast-growing advertising agency. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing key client accounts, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality creative and strategic campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives, and identifying opportunities for growth
  • Develop and execute strategic plans and creative briefs for campaigns, working closely with the agency's creative and strategy teams
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, communicating with them regularly to keep them informed of project progress and ensuring their needs and expectations are met
  • Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery of projects on time and within budget
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement
  • Create and manage projects in Asana
  • Prepare and present reports on campaign performance to clients, providing insights and recommendations for future initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work that exceeds client expectations and drives business results
  • Participate in new business development activities, including research, proposal development, and presentations to potential clients

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in account management or client services at an advertising agency or related field
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships, delivering successful campaigns, and growing revenue
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and under tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and data in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and provide insights to clients
  • Experience with digital marketing and advertising is a plus
