The incumbent will spearhead transformation initiatives and enhance operational efficiencies. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in orchestrating and overseeing extensive company-wide projects through the PMO framework, alongside the ability to distill data into actionable insights.

  • Facilitate and execute strategic initiatives aligned with the overarching corporate vision
  • Develop and refine strategy documentation and communication assets for Executive leadership and Board Members
  • Oversee Project Management and Reporting activities
  • Create comprehensive project timelines and deliverables
  • Prepare impactful presentations

  • Analyze and interpret data to derive meaningful insights

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Experience or certification in PMO or Six Sigma preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in strategic finance, planning, or a related discipline
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale projects
  • Familiarity with management methodologies, tools, and industry best practices
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Willingness to travel domestically as needed
