Your New Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Audit Associate to join our team at Taurus Search. As a key member of our audit team, you will play a critical role in the development of audit planning, review, strategy, and reporting of audit findings for clients within the Not-for-Profit and Healthcare industry.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of audit planning, review, and strategy for clients in the Not-for-Profit and Healthcare industry.
  • Conduct audits and reviews to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and present audit findings and recommendations to clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.

Your Ideal Background:

  • 3+ years of experience in public accounting and tax.
  • Experience with non-profit and healthcare organizations.
  • Experience with 990, 990-PF, and 990-T tax compliance.
  • BA degree in Accounting.
  • CPA, EA, JD, or CFP (ideally).
