Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Assurance/Quality Control Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in quality assurance and quality control, with experience in Higher Education or Healthcare projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance and quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and risk management strategies.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on quality assurance and quality control procedures.
- Develop and maintain quality control plans and procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control.
- Experience in Higher Education or Healthcare projects.
- Accreditation in quality assurance and quality control (e.g. PE, CxA, BCxP, or CCM).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
