Job Description:

We are currently looking for a Senior Worker's Compensation Business Analyst to provide expert-level industry knowledge and leadership in developing State Worker's Compensation and/or Industrial Affairs requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop State Worker's Compensation and/or Industrial Affairs requirements
  • Provide leadership to other SMEs and/or Business Analysts
  • Contribute to project plans and meet deadlines
  • Lead and organize content responses to proposals
  • Coordinate and participate in oral presentations to customers

Requirements:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • 4+ years of experience in State Worker's Compensation and/or Industrial Affairs
  • Experience in delivering Worker's Compensation and/or Industrial Affairs programs
  • Ability to review and enhance design products

Preferred Skills:

  • Commercial software development and ongoing support
  • Experience writing User Stories
  • Relevant salesforce certifications
  • Flexibility to meet with resources in varying time zones
