Position Overview

The primary goal is to ensure that customers leave with a comprehensive understanding of their purchase and are satisfied with their experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Thoroughly explain documentation to new owners.
- Provide exceptional customer service to new owners throughout the cancellation period.
- Review deals on a daily basis.
- Oversee the sales presentations conducted by sales representatives.
- Collaborate with fellow travel Club Deeders to maintain uniform procedures.
- Conduct follow-up calls for new owners.
- Ensure that Sales representatives, Contract processing, and deeding are informed of all updates.
- Maintain accurate records of deals, representatives, and all parties involved in each transaction.
- Adhere to all departmental expectations and requirements consistently.

Regular attendance as scheduled is essential.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
A high school diploma or equivalent (GED); or one year or more of relevant experience and/or training; or a combination of education and experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety guidelines, regulations, operating instructions, and procedural manuals. Proficient in writing routine reports and communicating issues to supervisors. Demonstrate effective communication skills and provide excellent customer service to groups of customers, owners, guests, or team members.
