Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Security Associate to join our team at Ocean Enclave. As a Security Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our resort owners, guests, and team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond quickly and effectively to emergency situations, such as fires, safety hazards, and threats to life and property.
  • Patrol the interior and perimeter of the property to identify potential safety and security risks.
  • Oversee the alarm systems and maintain inspection reports and records.
  • Investigate security incidents, accidents, and suspicious activities, and prepare detailed reports.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by your leader.
Requirements
  • Ability to patrol the property for 8-9 hours at a time.
  • Dedication to providing excellent customer service and working well with guests.
  • Ability to work various shifts throughout the week.
  • Previous experience in a customer service-focused security position.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience working in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Military or law enforcement background.
  • Current First Aid/CPR certifications.
