Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and Patrol: Regularly monitor and patrol the premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Accurately fill out reports with detailed information and maintain a high level of documentation.
  • Supervision and Scheduling: Supervise 3-4 employees and create weekly schedules to ensure efficient coverage.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate with colleagues and management to ensure seamless operations.
  • Facility Maintenance: Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security, and report any facility issues to management.
  • Emergency Response: Respond to high-risk situations and request emergency personnel as needed.
  • Software Utilization: Successfully use provided software to annotate events that occur during shift.
  • Property Inspections: Regularly inspect the property and scan pre-determined points as directed by management.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals.
  • Payroll and Hiring: Complete weekly payroll and participate in the hiring process for new employees.

Requirements:

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in security, military, law enforcement, or related fields.
  • Security Equipment Familiarity: Familiarity with security equipment and technology.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to handle a light physical workload, stand, and/or walk assigned patrols.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Transportation and Licensing: Reliable means of transportation and a valid driver's license.

  • Background Check and Drug Screen: Pass a background check and drug screen.
