Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial tasks, ensuring timely billing and payments, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, including processing payments and sending invoices.
- Enter transactions, generate financial reports, and assist with month-end close.
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations, manage client relations, and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Manage communications, including calls, emails, and scheduling, and maintain office supply inventory.
- Handle filing, data entry, and document organization.
- 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, or Administrative Duties.
- 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office.
