About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our inbound call center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive experience for each caller.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner, addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and effective way.
  • Listen actively to customers, understand their needs, and resolve issues promptly, escalating complex cases to management as needed.
  • Utilize knowledge base and training to accurately answer customer questions and provide solutions to their problems.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including CRM updates and call resolution documentation.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers, building trust and loyalty through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • Minimum three years' experience in a call center environment, with a focus on customer service and issue resolution.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple calls and tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Bilingual Spanish skills highly desirable.
