We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service and Sales Professional to join our team at Galleria Chevrolet Dallas. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support.

About the Position

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing product information, and resolving technical issues. Additionally, they will be required to develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services.

Main Responsibilities
  • Handle customer calls and emails to provide product information and resolve technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our products and services.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Analyze customer feedback to improve our products and services.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or related fields is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Compensation Package
