About the Role

Fulton Bank is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales and Service Specialist. As a key member of our Financial Center team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with teller transactions accurately and in accordance with bank policy and procedure.
  • Drive proactive sales/referral conversations through internal and outbound interactions, including outbound calling, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement.
  • Advance personal knowledge of sales techniques and utilize the CRM system and other resources to foster relationship-building conversations with customers and ensure a consistent approach to new customer onboarding and expanding existing relationships.
  • Provide ongoing support to customers regarding products and services, including opening new accounts, performing customer maintenance requests, assisting with operational activities, and maintaining flexibility between performing sales and teller transactions.
  • Manage risk by maintaining compliance with applicable regulations and Fulton policies and procedures, while demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
  • Leverage practical knowledge and understanding of digital solutions and technology to support customers and solve problems.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 or more years of customer service or sales experience.
  • Cash handling experience: 6 to 12 months.
