- Drive proactive sales/referral conversations through internal and outbound interactions, including outbound calling, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement.
- Advance personal knowledge of sales techniques and utilize the CRM system and other resources to foster relationship-building conversations with customers and ensure a consistent approach to new customer onboarding and expanding existing relationships.
- Provide ongoing support to customers regarding products and services, including opening new accounts, performing customer maintenance requests, assisting with operational activities, and maintaining flexibility between performing sales and teller transactions.
- Manage risk by maintaining compliance with applicable regulations and Fulton policies and procedures, while demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
- Leverage practical knowledge and understanding of digital solutions and technology to support customers and solve problems.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 or more years of customer service or sales experience.
- Cash handling experience: 6 to 12 months.
