As an Enterprise Solutions Engineer, you will play a critical role in driving customer success and expanding our partnerships with strategic clients. Your expertise in technical solution design and delivery will enable you to address complex customer needs and collaborate with our product and engineering teams to drive innovation.

  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to develop and execute account strategies for Enterprise clients">
  • Develop strong relationships with business and technical stakeholders to expand our partnership opportunities">
  • Design and deliver complex solutions, ensuring high-quality outcomes and customer satisfaction">
  • Lead the Solutions Engineering team to drive exceptional execution and results">
  • Create knowledge-sharing documents to scale best practices and solutions">
  • Maintain close relationships with Product and Engineering teams to inform our product roadmap">

Requirements

">

To succeed in this role, you'll need at least 5+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing position, preferably with experience working with enterprise accounts. You should possess excellent communication skills, be able to navigate complex technical and business concepts, and thrive in ambiguity.

Compensation and Benefits

">

The estimated base salary range for this role is between $130,000 - $150,000 per year.
