The Professional Services Consulting division is tasked with delivering consulting services to clients, ensuring comprehensive project solutions that drive tangible business enhancements through our offerings. This includes identifying opportunities for outsourced solutions, systems integration, and other proprietary tools.


Key Responsibilities:
- Execute assigned technical tasks aligned with project objectives as directed by the technical project leader.
- Assist the technical lead in facilitating workshops and client Discovery sessions.
- Acquire the necessary technical knowledge and certifications to excel in delivering client projects.
- Support client scoping initiatives as directed by technical leads and sales engineering teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication abilities to effectively understand client challenges and propose solutions.
- Proficient in technical skills, including command line (preferably Unix), SQL, script development, and software configuration.
- Capability to build rapport with clients.
- Well-organized with a systematic approach to capturing client requirements.
- Software solution design expertise to articulate how issues can be resolved through custom development.
- Typically requires some undergraduate or technical college education.
- Software development skills to manage the complete development of small software projects (e.g., integration components).
The annual salary range for this Level 2 position is between $64,000 and $95,000.

This range reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for new hires across all US locations.

The compensation package includes base pay and participation in our company-wide bonus plan.

Additionally, we offer allowances for technology, education, and wellness, along with a comprehensive suite of medical, retirement, and other benefits.

Total earnings may vary based on experience and location.
