About the Position

We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for a talented Child and Family Therapist to join our team at the Community Child Guidance Clinic. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive mental health services to children, parents, and families.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify treatment needs and goals.
  2. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address diverse needs.
  3. Provide therapy and counseling services to individuals, families, and groups in various settings.
  4. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year based on experience and location.

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work or related field.
  • Experience working with diverse populations and cultures.
  • Strong assessment, intervention, and case management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
