Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Therapist for Crisis Intervention to join our team. As a member of our mobile psychiatric service, you will be responsible for providing assessment and treatment interventions to individuals in crisis. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide crisis intervention services, including phone triage and mobile crisis assessment
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Master's degree in related field (e.g. psychology, social work)
- Experience working with trauma, mental illness, or substance use disorders preferred
- Licensure/certification/registration required (LMSW, LPC-A, LMFT-A)
