Job Overview

About Wander: Wander is a software as a service (SaaS) platform tailored for the tourism sector. Our innovative solution enables destinations to replace traditional paper maps with stunning 3D interactive maps, enhancing the visitor experience by showcasing the best local attractions.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Campaign Development and Implementation:
    - Collaborate with both sales and marketing departments to generate and refine innovative marketing strategies.
    - Assist in crafting engaging content for various campaigns, including social media updates, email communications, and promotional assets.
    - Implement marketing initiatives and assess their effectiveness to ensure they align with established goals.
  2. Prospective Partner Engagement:
    - Reach out to potential destination partners via phone and email.
    - Articulate Wander's unique value proposition and advantages to prospective partners.
    - Follow up with leads and cultivate relationships to facilitate progression through the sales pipeline.
  3. Customer Relationship Management:
    - Leverage HubSpot CRM to keep precise and current records of leads, contacts, and interactions.
    - Assist in the creation and updating of sales reports and dashboards to monitor performance metrics.
    - Aid in the segmentation and targeting of leads for tailored outreach efforts.
  4. Meeting Involvement:
    - Participate in planning sessions with sales and marketing teams to share insights and ideas.
    - Document meeting discussions and help organize action items and follow-up tasks.
  5. Performance Analysis:
    - Evaluate marketing and sales data to pinpoint trends and opportunities for enhancement.
    - Produce reports detailing campaign effectiveness and lead conversion statistics.

Qualifications:


  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Self-driven and enthusiastic with a keen interest in sales and marketing.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, particularly HubSpot (prior experience is advantageous).
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
