Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in requirement assessments to develop comprehensive testing procedures and cases.
  • Create test scenarios for both black-box and white-box testing methodologies.
  • Establish testing strategies aligned with software development timelines.
  • Formulate and update test plans in accordance with the software development lifecycle.
  • Ensure that testing plans are synchronized with project milestones and development schedules.
  • Examine reported issues to produce quality assurance reports and contribute to defect mitigation strategies.
  • Assist development teams in verifying and reproducing reported software issues.
  • Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of testing processes and methodologies.
  • Configure necessary hardware and software environments for specialized and routine testing activities.
  • Oversee the maintenance of testing equipment and the test library.
  • Participate in the creation of testing tools and automation scripts.
  • Set up test data and environments for effective testing.
  • Implement automation testing using tools such as Selenium and other industry-standard solutions.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience in Android software design, development, and testing.
  • At least 2 years of experience in software quality assurance, particularly with Android code and distributed systems.
  • Familiarity with Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), Microservices, and Event-Driven Architectures.
  • Strong understanding of software quality assurance methodologies and tools for embedded product software.
  • Experience in automation testing using programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
  • Proficient with various operating systems, especially Linux.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a self-motivated and proactive approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively across different organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn from peers and share knowledge in a dynamic environment.
  • High integrity and the ability to navigate ambiguity while taking initiative.
  • Consistent display of innovative, customer-focused thinking.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in a relevant technical discipline.
  • Advanced qualifications in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related area.
  • 5+ years of experience in quality assurance.
  • Experience with automation testing tools (e.g., UI Automator) and API testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit).
  • Knowledge of vehicle CAN communication and associated tools such as CaNoE and Vehicle Spy.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with edge computing, cloud technologies, IoT systems, and virtualization technologies.
  • Understanding of data science, analytics tools, machine learning, and artificial intelligence concepts.
  • Knowledge of AUTOSAR standards and methodologies.
  • Experience with communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, or Ethernet.
