About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive and Personal Assistant to support our Founding President and CEO, Bobby Saadian. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative and logistical support to alleviate the CEO's workload and ensure the smooth operation of our West Los Angeles office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conserve the CEO's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence.
  • Draft letters and documents, collect and analyze information, and initiate telecommunications.
  • Maintain the CEO's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
  • Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing information.
  • Process information as requested from records, email, and other related documents, and summarize when needed.
  • Respond to and resolve administrative inquiries and questions.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments with specific agendas.
  • Bring a team-oriented and positive attitude to our office.
Requirements
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong command of the logistics of office workflow.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and calming demeanor.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; advanced degree is a huge plus.
  • At least five years of executive assistant experience.
  • Experience managing multiple calendars.
  • Willing to work some weekends and perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Experience booking travel and hospitality reservations via concierge services.
  • Must type at least 40 words per minute.
