Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated educator to contribute to an interdisciplinary undergraduate program focused on Natural Resources and Environmental Management. The selected candidate will be responsible for teaching a range of courses, including core and elective classes, and will play a vital role in advising students and enhancing the curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:
1. **Instructional Duties (100%)**
- Deliver 18-20 credit hours of courses annually, which may include team-teaching a new interdisciplinary course.
- Teach introductory and advanced courses in areas such as resource economics, sustainable systems, and natural resource management.
- Advise undergraduate students in the NREM program.
- Engage in related academic tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
**Minimum Requirements:**
- A Master's degree in an Interdisciplinary field, Natural Resources, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in quantitative analysis and familiarity with data analysis tools.
- Proven teaching experience with effective instructional skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Capacity to collaborate effectively with a diverse student body and colleagues.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
- A PhD in a relevant field with a focus on integrated quantitative and qualitative research methods.
- Advanced quantitative skills, including economic analysis and GIS.
- Experience in developing online educational content.
- Background in curriculum development related to natural resource management.
- Strong evaluations from previous teaching roles.
- Experience working with community groups and resource management agencies.
