- Communication: Effectively communicate technical information to staff members, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge to perform their jobs efficiently.
- Education: Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum one year of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a healthcare or medical setting.
- Certifications: A+ certification, Network+, Server+, or MTA certifications preferred.
- Skills: Excellent customer service skills, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
This is a full-time position that requires occasional travel to different locations. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
