Job Summary:

The Enrollment Support Specialist will provide exceptional customer service to students, parents, and stakeholders, ensuring a positive experience throughout the application process. This role will also be responsible for reviewing and managing student records, data, and documents in the University's student information systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for student and parent inquiries, providing clear and efficient communication.
  • Monitor and respond to inbound queries, ensuring accurate and timely information.
  • Review and update student record data, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
  • Manage the integration between Slate and CaneLink, troubleshooting errors and ensuring data consistency.
  • Process change requests and manage incoming documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Load test scores and review the CaneLink test score error log, making necessary corrections.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred.
  • One year of relevant work experience managing records, preferably in higher education or corporate settings.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
