**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced Prevention Specialist, HIV to join our team in Los Angeles, California. As a key member of our sales force, you will play a critical role in promoting our innovative HIV prevention solutions to healthcare providers across the region.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute a comprehensive business plan that meets customer needs and achieves sales goals. This will involve building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, staying up-to-date on industry trends, and maintaining a deep understanding of our products and their applications in the therapeutic area.

You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities to collaborate with local cross-functional colleagues, including field reimbursement managers, medical scientists, and other field team members, to ensure seamless customer experiences and optimal product access.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with at least 9 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to distill complex clinical concepts into easily understood messages tailored to diverse audiences.
  • A proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a competitive pharmaceutical environment.
  • Experience in selling buy-and-bill products, preferably in specialty markets.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $112,710.00 to $145,860.00, based on experience and qualifications. You will also be eligible for discretionary annual bonuses, stock-based long-term incentives, paid time off, and a benefits package that includes company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans.
