We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Department Supervisor to lead our customer experience team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting a highly satisfied customer experience, driving customer loyalty, and developing high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote a Highly Satisfied Customer Experience: Lead the frontline team to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for all customers.
  • Drive Customer Loyalty: Develop and implement programs and initiatives to drive customer loyalty, increasing repeat business and positive word-of-mouth.
  • Train and Mentor Associates: Provide comprehensive training and mentoring to all associates on policies, procedures, and customer service best practices.
  • Monitor and Improve Operations: Maintain and monitor cash controls, labor laws, and meal and break period policies to ensure optimal store performance.

Requirements
