Required Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring all clients feel appreciated and understood
  • Promote Total Body Care by educating clients about available services, enrolling them in the Wellness Program, scheduling future appointments, and encouraging retail purchases
  • Oversee clinic operations by greeting clients, coordinating services, managing calls and emails, and responding to inquiries
  • Grow and sustain a client base through direct interactions and outreach via phone and email
