Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Overseeing the complete recruitment process
  • Partnering with hiring managers to grasp business goals and candidate specifications
  • Efficiently sourcing candidates through various strategies
  • Conducting comprehensive candidate interviews across multiple platforms
  • Supporting hiring managers throughout the hiring journey
  • Managing pre-employment procedures for candidates
  • Recording all recruitment actions in the applicant tracking system
  • Finalizing recruitment documentation and extending job offers
  • Delivering outstanding customer service to candidates and stakeholders
  • Executing background checks and reference validations
  • Providing regular updates and analytics
  • Advising on recruitment best practices
  • Leading orientations for new hires

Your Essential Qualifications:

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Bring 3 – 5 years of experience in recruitment
  • Build and sustain effective relationships with cross-functional teams
  • Exhibit a strong emphasis on analysis, efficiency, and quality in hiring
  • Have experience in Agile Recruiting methodologies
  • Leverage social networks and databases for candidate sourcing
  • Effectively apply business and customer service principles
  • Handle confidential information with care
  • Communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written forms
