Position Overview:

  • Collaborate effectively with Hiring Managers, Talent Acquisition Partners, and fellow Sourcers to gain a comprehensive understanding of role requirements and team dynamics within the broader organization.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing methodologies and engage with open-source communities to identify and connect with passive candidates.
  • Evaluate candidate profiles and conduct preliminary interviews prior to submission to Talent Acquisition Partners or the business.
  • Administer any necessary online assessments or evaluations.
  • Prioritize direct talent sourcing while coordinating with agency contacts as needed to enhance sourcing efforts.
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines and pools to ensure a consistent influx of qualified candidates for both current and future openings.
  • Keep the candidate database updated in iCIMS.
  • Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in sourcing for Cloud sales or technical positions.
  • Demonstrate expertise in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring practices.
  • Have experience as an in-house Sourcer for a technology-driven organization or relevant experience from an agency or RPO with a focus on candidate sourcing.
  • Exhibit a strong interest and capability to thrive in a fast-paced service environment.
  • Showcase the ability to engage both active and passive candidates effectively.
  • Possess strong multitasking skills, be structured, autonomous, a self-starter, and tech-savvy.
Candidate Profile:
  • We seek individuals who are mature, possess a positive outlook, and can adapt to our company culture.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in sourcing or recruitment, particularly in technology hiring.
  • Ability to provide market analysis for budget considerations.
  • Willingness to commit to a minimum tenure of 12-18 months with a clear growth trajectory towards senior sourcing and Talent Acquisition Partner roles.
  • The role will operate in a hybrid model, with expectations of in-office presence twice a week.
