Job Overview

Soleo Health, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Medical Sales Representative to join our team. As a Medical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for consulting with physician offices, networking within the industry, and providing exceptional customer service for all infusion therapies offered by the Company. This role requires developing and executing a strategic market plan to achieve business objectives and budget expectations for your sales territory.

About the Role
- Develop new accounts and services existing accounts, obtaining new business by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential referral sources or customers
- Educate patients and physician referral sources about the products and services offered by the Company
- Maintain frequent value-added contact with existing and new customers to introduce Company services, evaluate customer needs, and encourage patient loyalty
- Actively engage in continuous learning and be viewed as an industry expert and trusted advisor to patients and customers

Responsibilities Include:
  • Consulting with physician offices to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Networking within the industry to stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity
  • Providing exceptional customer service to patients and physician referral sources
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and updating CRM systems accordingly
  • Identifying opportunities for growth and development within the sales territory

Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent industry experience
- Minimum of five (5) years health care experience, including three (3) years in a sales or customer advocate role
- Broad knowledge of healthcare, specialty pharmacy, and infusion sales and customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with diverse groups
- Proficient in CRM software and able to analyze data to inform sales strategies

Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
