About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Derivatives Trader to join our team at Spark Talent HQ LLC. As a key member of our trading team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of USA products and working closely with our Sales team and Derivatives Engine to maximize revenue and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage risks arising from trading activity, ensuring compliance with allocated risk limits.
  • Collaborate with the US Sales team to develop and implement hedging solutions and structured transactions.
  • Work with the Quarant and IT teams to improve trading desk tools and processes, including proprietary pricing and risk management applications.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements under the SEC, FINRA, NFA, CFTC, and other applicable exchanges.
  • Adhere to operational risk frameworks and maintain the highest level of integrity and conduct.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years' experience in derivatives trading, with a strong understanding of exotic traders and global markets.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Experience in risk management, sales, and derivatives portfolios, with a comprehensive knowledge of financial service markets and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive mindset and a focus on continuous learning.
