We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Derivatives Trader to join our team at Spark Talent HQ LLC. As a key member of our Derivatives Engine, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of USA products and working closely with our Sales team to maximize revenue and profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Work in partnership with the Sales team to fulfill revenue budgets and maximize profitability from client flows.
- Manage risks arising from trading activity, ensuring compliance with allocated risk limits.
- Coordinate with the US Sales team to develop and implement AGILE, our proprietary web application for US-based clients.
- Collaborate with the Quarant and IT teams to improve trading desk tools and processes, including company proprietary pricing and risk management applications.
- Originate hedging solutions and structured transactions with a cross-product selling mindset.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements under the SEC, FINRA, NFA, CFTC, and other applicable exchanges.
- Proven experience working in a regulated environment and knowledge of risk and compliance requirements.
- Experience operating on electronic market making infrastructure and managing sales and derivatives portfolios.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the financial services markets and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Substantial experience working in the USA product area and knowledge of the infrastructural support required to efficiently support company business lines.
