About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Outpatient Clinical Manager to join our team at ColumbiaCare Services. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will be responsible for providing clinical supervision to our Outpatient Services' Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) and Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical supervision to QMHP and QMHA staff, promoting staff development and resilience.
  • Develop and implement administrative and clinical supervision practices that align with our organization's goals and objectives.
  • Ensure that all staff receive regular training and performance evaluations.
  • Manage clinic activities, including coordination with referring partners, delegating work assignments, and coordinating clinic schedules.
  • Apply and capture meaningful metrics to measure the Outpatient Program's progress towards stated goals and report outcomes on a regular basis.
  • Perform certain mental health functions, such as consultation and individual and group therapy.

Requirements:

  • Eligibility for Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) registration.
  • Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
  • Two years of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health treatment setting.
  • Licensure by the State of Oregon to practice independently in your field (Psychologist, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT).
  • Ability to pass a DHS criminal background check.
