Position Overview

We are seeking an Outpatient Support Services II professional to join our team. This role involves closely assisting in the management of schedules for therapists and licensed medical providers. The individual will be responsible for maintaining accurate staff relationships within the electronic medical records system while demonstrating exceptional customer service and organizational skills. Attention to detail and effective verbal intervention skills for de-escalating clients are essential. Responsibilities include answering phones, routing calls, taking messages, providing general information, and occasionally covering the front desk as needed. The role also requires working independently and collaboratively on special and ongoing projects, which may involve planning and coordinating presentations, disseminating information, and project implementation.

Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Compensation:

$20.00 per hour based on experience and credentials. Additional 5% Language Differential available for bilingual or multilingual candidates (Spanish/English preferred).

Program Overview

Our Outpatient Program provides comprehensive assessment and evaluation, treatment plan development, outpatient therapy, case management, skills training, and psychiatric services. The Psychiatric Services Team specializes in delivering psychiatric, nursing, and medication services, both on-site and remotely through telemedicine.

Qualifications

Successful candidates MUST possess:

  • Two (2) years of experience in a medical or administrative office setting
  • An Associate's degree in Business or a related field is preferred
  • Coding, billing, and/or insurance experience is preferred

Applicants MUST be able to pass a DHS criminal background check.

Physical Requirements: This position requires the ability to frequently sit, talk, listen, and use hands and fingers. It may also require occasionally walking, climbing stairs, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 30 pounds. Reasonable accommodations can be made.
