ORTC, LLC is an adult outpatient opioid treatment program/substance abuse treatment provider committed to assisting individuals struggling with opioid addiction (including pain medications, heroin, morphine, etc.) through a blend of Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) utilizing either methadone or buprenorphine/suboxone, detoxification, and intensive individual and group counseling, all within an outpatient framework.
Position Overview

The Lead Clinical Coordinator is accountable for overseeing the clinical supervision of counselors and professionals in training, as well as those requiring regulatory supervision, and/or those pursuing certification or licensure. This role also involves providing guidance and support to the counseling team as necessary. The Lead Clinical Coordinator aids clients in recognizing, enhancing, and aligning their strengths with suitable social, educational (academic and vocational), and occupational aspirations. Additionally, this position is crucial in assisting clients in preparing for and adapting to a drug-free lifestyle, offering both emotional and physical support for any challenges they may face. The Lead Clinical Coordinator is responsible to the Program Director for ensuring the delivery of services to assigned clients and adherence to established schedules, treatment program policies, and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
Essential Qualifications

The ideal candidate must adhere to federal and state regulations regarding certification, licensure, and possess a Certified Alcohol Drug Counselor (CADC) II qualification, meeting the following criteria:

  • Five years of full-time paid experience in substance use disorder counseling; or
  • A Bachelor's Degree with four years of full-time paid experience in social services, including at least two years of direct substance use disorder counseling experience; or
  • A Master's Degree with three years of full-time paid experience in social services, including at least two years of direct substance use disorder counseling experience.
  • Must not have engaged in any illegal acts or unprofessional conduct as defined under relevant regulations.
  • A valid driver's license is required, along with meeting the employment criteria for an opioid treatment program.
