Key Responsibilities:- Provide community-based recovery support services to individuals with behavioral health needs.
- Schedule and conduct home visits to assess the home environment and provide services as needed.
- Refer clients to appropriate community resources and facilitate communication for treatment-related purposes.
- Act as a client advocate, ensuring quality care and support.
- Eligibility for Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) registration.
- Valid Oregon driver's license and a safe driving record.
- Ability to pass a DHS criminal background check.
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 40 pounds.
- A competitive hourly wage of $30.00 per hour, DOE/Credentials.
- A 5% language differential for bilingual or multilingual candidates (Spanish/English desired).
