Instructional Aide

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Instructional Aide to support students and teachers in grades 1-5. The successful candidate will work closely with classroom teachers and specialists to provide individualized support, facilitate small group instruction, and contribute to whole group activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one support to students, including proctoring make-up tests and reading tests aloud
- Work with small groups to reteach challenging concepts and address individual needs
- Participate in whole group instruction, including SEL lessons and other curriculum-based activities
- Offer practical support to teachers, including filing, copying, and setting up science experiments
Requirements:
- Age 18 or older
- Successful Background Check
- MMR verification
- High school diploma or equivalent
