Job Description

At destinationone Consulting, we're seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Aide to support our therapists in providing exceptional care to patients undergoing rehabilitation. As a key member of our team, you'll assist with administrative tasks, maintain a safe and organized treatment environment, and help patients with exercises and therapy activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare treatment areas and set up equipment as directed by therapists.
  • Assist patients with exercises and therapy activities, ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the rehabilitation area, adhering to high standards of hygiene and safety.
  • Support administrative duties, such as scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate records.
  • Monitor patient progress and report findings to therapists, contributing to informed decision-making.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; certification in rehabilitation assistance is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of rehabilitation practices and principles is desirable.
