Our Commitment
We strive to deliver a premier education to students from historically underserved communities in Lynn and Boston. Our student body reflects the diversity of local schools in terms of race, socioeconomic status, Multilingual Learners (MLL), and students receiving special education services.
We promise families that their children will graduate prepared for college and professional success, equipped with literacy, numeracy, and foundational knowledge in science and social studies. Our students will also develop a passion for learning and the resilience needed to navigate their educational and career journeys. We envision our graduates returning to their communities as educators, leaders, and catalysts for ongoing development.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Vision
At KIPP Massachusetts, we recognize that knowledge is a powerful tool. Each day, our team has the opportunity to either uphold systems of oppression or challenge them. We are driven by the principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion, and we are committed to functioning as an anti-racist organization.
About Us
Since our inception in 2004, KIPP Massachusetts has operated two charter districts: KIPP Academy Lynn Charter School and KIPP Academy Boston Charter School. Each district encompasses various campuses serving different grade levels.

In Boston, KIPP Academy Boston Elementary (grades K-4) and KIPP Academy Boston (grades 5-8) serve our students. Our admissions process allows students to transition seamlessly between grades within their respective districts.
